We follow BOOT (Build Own Operate Transfer) model. We set up the required facility and infrastructure for the development centers from scratch as per regional industry and labor compliances. The dedicated facility shall be staffed either by us or by client’s resources or by resources hired specifically for this engagement. Initially the complete model including Operations, Program Management, Development, QA, maintenance and customer support will be managed by us. At the time of transfer we will register a new offshore subsidiary for the client, transfer all the assets, handover operations and establish knowledge transfer.

We set up the required team based on customer project requirement.  The ODC shall be managed by by our delivery heads. These ODC's will have dedicated LAN, restricted entry and will be secured with firewall. These ODC's are accessible client 24*7 through VPN or dedicated leased line
